Mary (Oliveri) Giacobbe

Mary (nee Oliveri) Giacobbe, 91, of Clifton, passed away, Friday, November 17, 2023. Born in Cedarhurst, New York, Mrs. Giacobbe resided in Clifton for much of her life. She had been employed as an aide with the Clifton Board of Education before her retirement. Some of her favorite times  were spent with her siblings and extended family at her sister’s home in Roxbury, NY...her “happy place”.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Horace “Al” Giacobbe in 2010; and her four brothers.

Survivors include: her two devoted sons, Robert Giacobbe and his wife, Jeanne of Cedar Grove and Richard Giacobbe and his wife, Karen of Lebanon Twp.; two grandsons, Zak and Matt Giacobbe and his wife, Danielle; and her three dear sisters, Ro, Edith and Fran.

Visitation will be held Friday from 3-7pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00am at the funeral home with interment to follow at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton.
